Using this site: You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, and not to interfere with its normal operation. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to place an order.

 

Products and images: All artwork, designs, photographs and text on this site are owned by Art Well or used under license and may not be copied, resold or reproduced without written permission. Product photos are representative; because items are printed individually, slight variation in color, placement and trim is normal and is not considered a defect.

 

Orders and pricing: All prices are shown in US dollars and do not include taxes, duties or shipping unless stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit quantities, or refuse or cancel any order, in which case you will receive a full refund.

 

Order changes and cancellations: Because items go into production quickly, changes or cancellations can only be accepted before production begins. Email us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

 

Payment: Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.

 

Returns, refunds and shipping: These are covered by our Return and Refund Policy and our Shipping Policy, which form part of these terms.

 

Accuracy of information: We work hard to keep product descriptions, availability and pricing accurate, but we do not warrant that every detail is error-free or current at all times.

 

Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Art Well is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this site or its products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

 

Changes to these terms: We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

 

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.
