Shipping policy

Art Well products are printed on demand, which means each order is produced after you place it. Here is what to expect.

 

Production time: Most items are printed, quality-checked and packed within 2 to 5 business days. Canvas prints and larger posters can take up to 7 business days during busy periods.

 

Shipping time: Once your order leaves the print facility, delivery inside the United States usually takes 3 to 5 business days. International delivery generally takes 10 to 20 business days, depending on the destination and local customs processing.

 

Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to show its first scan.

 

Shipping rates: Rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart and your delivery address. You will always see the full cost before you pay.

 

Split shipments: If you order several different products, they may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate parcels on different days at no extra charge to you.

 

Customs and import fees: International orders may be subject to duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update an address only before an order enters production.
