How long will my order take?
Each item is printed after you order it. Production takes 2 to 5 business days (up to 7 for canvas during busy periods), then shipping adds 3 to 5 business days in the US and 10 to 20 business days internationally.
Where do you ship?
Worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and what is in your cart.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. A tracking number is emailed the moment your parcel leaves the print facility. It can take 24 to 48 hours to show its first scan.
Why did my order arrive in two boxes?
Different products are made at different facilities, so a mixed order may ship separately and arrive on different days. You are never charged extra for this.
Can I return something?
Because every piece is made to order, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, email us within 30 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full, no return shipping needed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if you catch it before production starts. Email wendellbusiness870@gmail.com right away with your order number.
Are the mugs dishwasher safe?
Yes. Our ceramic mugs are both dishwasher and microwave safe.
Do canvas prints come ready to hang?
They do. Canvases are stretched over solid wood stretcher bars and arrive with mounting brackets included.
What sizes are available?
Mugs come in 11 oz, 15 oz and 20 oz. Posters and canvases come in a range of sizes; the full list is in the size dropdown on each product page.
Why does the color look slightly different from the photo?
Screens vary and each item is printed individually, so small differences in color and trim are normal. Anything outside normal variation counts as a defect and we will replace it.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
International orders may be charged duties or taxes by your own country. These are not included in your order total.
Do you take custom or commission work?
Sometimes. Email us with what you have in mind and we will let you know.
